This is the German football slash community, it caters to all lovers of the beautiful game as played by the German national squad and the Bundesliga. If you want to join this community, you must realize that it is very slash-friendly and if that isn't your cup of tea, I'd recommend joining
dt_fussball, where there is only general discussion.
The main language of this community will be English, as the German national squad and the Bundesliga have a lot of fans from abroad who haven't always been able to learn German as an additional language.
This community will include general and slashy posts about the German national squad and the German Bundesliga, also about single players, who must be a. German football players playing either in the Bundesliga or abroad orb. foreign football players playing in the Bundesliga.
Again: There will be homoerotic adult material on this community, sometimes in great detail. So make sure that you are aware of this and won't get offended when you join!
The members of this community do not know the people they are writing about or depicting in a sexualized manner and they do not make any claims about their sexual preference. It's all (fictional) imagination.
This is a moderated community as of March 17th, 2011. If your entry has been posted in accordance to the guidelines below, you shouldn't have any problems with getting it approved. If not, there will always be an explanation and some guidance as to how to get your entry approved.

Be polite. Don't flame, troll or start any wars. Offenders will be warned once, banned when they do it again. Respect other people's teams and players and play nice.
What kind of posts are welcome here?
Fics about German football players.
Slash is especially welcome here as it's practically the only option. *smiles* The fics can be either in English or in German, we only ask you to label the fics clearly as to the language used. You could also translate your fics from German to English to make your fic accessible for the non-German-speaking members of the community. If your fic is in German, it's okay to give feedback in German in the comments.
Post your fic with a header that should include the following:
Title:
Rating: (G, PG, PG-13, R, NC-17)
Pairing:
Language: (German or English)
Warning: (if needed, i.e. death fic, non-con, rape, angst, knife kink, ...)
Disclaimer: (i.e. This story is complete fiction.)
Summary: (this is not mandatory, but it would be nice)
If your fic is in German, it's okay if you do the summary in German, too. But to not leave the non-German speaking members of this community wholly out of the loop, it would be nice if you could also translate it or just say in a short sentence in English what the fic is about.
Then put the fic behind a lj-cut or link to it. We only ask that the link leads to a public entry that isn't friendslocked; only in special circumstances will we waive that rule. Thank you for your consideration! *smiles*
News about the German national squad, the Bundesliga and single players.
The news can be general-orientated or slash-orientated, it doesn't matter. If you feel your news post is rather long, please put it behind a lj-cut. And: If you post news from a German source, please translate them into English as well or - if the post in question is too lengthy - do a quick summary of the content in English. Picspams/fanart/manips/fanvids about the German national squad, the Bundesliga and single players.
If you post more than two pictures that are either not worksafe or larger than 500x500 pixels, please use a lj-cut. And: DO NOT HOTLINK. If you want to post pictures that you found online, please right click, save and host at sites like photobucket.com or your own server. The same goes for images that you created yourself.
Fanvids should be only linked to where you uploaded them at sites like photobucket.com or your own server. That goes without saying, too, I think. Thank you! *smiles*
Any post that follows the guidelines above and is on-topic will get approved without fail.
Posts that contain icons or are off-topic will not get approved.
You're free to go as off-topic as you want in the comments, though, no need to restrict yourself there. *smiles*

If you want to pimp your community and become affliates as well, you're very welcome. Just remember the picture restrictions (no bigger than 500x500) for the pimping post - it should also be in English or have at least an English translation/summary. Also, don't repeat your pimping of the community once it's been posted.
Also, if your community is doing a challenge or something along these lines, you're welcome to pimp the challenge/whatever it is here, too. The only requirement in both cases is that the community or challenge has to be related to the German footballslash fandom. No exceptions. Thank you for your consideration! *smiles*
